Mrs. Maria Joanne Perryman Chappell, age 39, of Cartersville, passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Cartersville Medical Center.

She was born in Camden, New Jersey, August 8, 1981, daughter of Richard Gilbert Perryman the late Stella Jean Burmylo Perryman. After marrying her high school sweetheart, Maria was blessed with four beautiful daughters. Above anything else she loved being a mother. She had a heart of gold and was always willing to help those in need. She never met a stranger because she always chose to see the good in people. Her loving and giving way will be dearly missed by all who were lucky enough to have known her. Maria was preceded in death by her mother, Stella Perryman and grandparents, Nicholas and Lucy Burmylo.

Survivors include her loving husband of 25 years, Jeremy Chappell; daughters, Sara Lucy, Raevyn Nichelle, Erica Nicole and Anna Marie; father, Richard Perryman; brother, Matthew (Nicole) Perryman; sisters, Richelle Zirkelbach, Andrea (Patrick) Sheffield, Jennifer Davenport, and April (Ron) Priestley; several nieces and nephews also survive.

A celebration of Maria's Life will be held Friday, January 8, 2021, at 6:00PM from Barton Funeral Home. The family will have visitation from 4:00PM until 6:00PM.

Family and friends attending services will be required to wear face mask and observe social distancing.
