Mr. Mark Anthony Adcock, Sr., age 52, of Ward Mountain Road, Adairsville passed away Sunday, September 15, 2019.

He was born in Cartersville, GA, May 28, 1967, son of Linda Faye Patterson Jennings and the late Clyde Marvin Adcock. He was a member of Crowe Springs Baptist Church. Mark was a mechanic and enjoyed working on small motors. He loved spending time with his family and everyone being together. Mr. Adcock was preceded in death by his father and sister, Rebecca Harper.

Survivors include his sons, Mark Anthony (Tabitha) Adcock, Jr., Tyler (Stephanie) Adcock, and Dustin (Kayla) Adcock; mother, Linda Faye Jennings; grandchildren, Amelia Jane Adcock, Scarlett Gray Adcock, and Mason Gray Adcock; brother, Billy Dean Adcock; stepmother, Gina Walker and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 18, 2019, at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville, with Rev. Josh James and Rev. Alan Jarmon officiating. Interment will follow in the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery, Cartersville. Pallbearers include Mark Adcock, Dustin Adcock, Tyler Adcock, Billy Dean Adcock, Bruce Harper, and Scott Adcock.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Barton Funeral Home.
