Mrs. Mary Bell Johnson, 86, of Kingston passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2020.

Mrs. Johnson was born in Shelby, North Carolina, October 3, 1934, daughter of the late William B. Woods and Louise Bennett Woods. As a young child her family moved to Bartow County and she resided in Kingston for over 60 years. Mrs. Johnson was a member of Kingston Baptist church. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She loved traveling out of state to visit family. She will be remember for her 41 years as a beautician. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 61 years, James Toby Johnson; brother, Bobby Woods; sisters, Eva Nell Davis and Louise Woods; half brothers and sisters, Clyde, Willa B., Jimmie Lee, Effie, Theo, R. L., Woodrow, Jewel and Jody; sister-in-law, Carolyn Woods.

She is survived by son, Ricky Dean (Stacey)Black of Cartersville; grandchildren, Lisa (Roger) Nash of Rome, Chris(Rene)Black of Dallas, Cody Black of Cartersville, Ricky Cheyenne Black of Cartersville, Matthew McDaniel of Cartersville, Sierra McDaniel of Cartersville, Amy Chappell of Catersville, and Deana O'Brian of Carmel, CA; great-grandchildren, Jessica(Michael) Murphy, Meagan Black, Nicholas Black, Drew (Tonya) Nash, Graham (Casey) Nash, Riot Black, Nova Black, Mason Martin, and Justin Martin; great great-grandchildren, Cameron, Cooper, Carter, Parker, Kayleigh Mae, Toby, Knox, Scarlett, Kaylin, Dawson, Saywer, Chesslie, and Cayvarie; brother, Billy Woods, Johnny Woods, Marshall (Joyce) Woods; sister-in-law, Audrey Woods and several nieces and nephews that she opened her heart and home too.

The family will have a private Celebration of Mary's Life Saturday, December 5, 2020, at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Barton Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Barton Funeral Home.

Family and friends attending services will be required to wear face mask and observe social distancing.
