Mr. Michael Jerome Thacker, age 65 of Crossville, Tn passed away on Friday October 9th 2020.

He was born in Rome, Ga on March 8th, 1955 to the late Felix Jackson Thacker, Sr. And Fannie Elizabeth Wilson Thacker. He was retired from Crossville, Inc (VP of logistics) where he was employed for the last 24 years. After relocating from Florida where he was in customers service at Florida Tile. He was an avid hunter, he loved to fish, camp, boat, and spending time with his family and friends. He was an incredible husband, father and grandfather. He is proceeded in death by his parents, brothers Jack Thacker, Larry Thacker and sister Carolyn Thacker.

Survivors include his wife Tammy Thacker of Crossville, Tn; daughter Holly (Donnie) Cochran of Dalton, Ga; Shaina (Adam) Hopkins of Ponte Vedra, FL; Mikaela (Cody) Threet of Crossville, Tn. Seven grandchildren, Kendra Hall, Hannah Cox, Hayden Freeman, Grayson Hall, Ella Hall, Kendall Hopkins and Declan Threet and several nieces and nephews.

Two celebrations of life will be held in Michaels honor. One, Thursday October 15th at the Cumberland Mountain State park terrace at 6pm, The second, on Friday October 16th at North Pointe Church in Adairsville, Ga 6pm. The family welcomes friends at either.
