Ms. Nancy Greene Mallett, 50, of Adairsville, passed away Tuesday evening, February 13, 2024, from a courageous battle with cancer surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Rome, Georgia, January 21, 1974, daughter of Bobby Terry Greene and Wanda Stringer Owens. She was preceded in death by her brother, Jeffery David Greene; grandparents, Radford and Charlotte Greene and James and Ruby Stringer. Nancy was a Christian who shared her faith and love to those struggling with addiction. She was a sponsor for many involved in Recovery Bartow and was a known fundraiser for Good Neighbor Homeless Shelter where she had been employed. She also worked at Waffle House. Nancy loved her family, adored her grandchildren and will be dearly missed by each of them as well as those who were blessed to know her.

Survivors include children, Jacob Lee Tilley (Breanna Tippit), LeAnna Whiteside (Paul), and Jeremiah Mallett; grandchildren, Brianna and Levi Plunk, Tristen Estrada, Kayson and Benjamin Tilley; father, Bobby Greene (Sally); mother, Wanda Owens (Wendell); sisters, Dana Silvers, Sandy Greene, Veronica Maxwell, Michelle Owens, Cheryl Cooper (Scotty) brother, Michael Owens; several nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, February 17, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Adairsville. Pallbearers include Jacob Tilley, Jeremiah Mallett, Justin Walker, Kody Greene, Paul Whiteside, and Jeffrey Greene.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 12:00 PM until 1:30 PM at Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville.
