Mrs. Nora Williams Hendrix, age 66, of White, GA, passed away August 9, 2022, at Piedmont Cartersville Medical Center.

Mrs. Hendrix was born in Columbus, Georgia on October 19, 1955, to the late Joe Lewis Williams and Christine Sanford Williams. She was a member of the Adairsville United Methodist Church and worked in the emergency service department at Cartersville Medical for many years. She was a frequent shopper at Dollar General, if Heaven has one that's where you'll find her. She will be remembered as the best mother, grandmother, and the life of the party. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 40 years, Larry Wesley Hendrix; and brothers, Larry Williams, Joe "J. H." Williams, and David Williams.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Ka Leigh Hendrix; grandchildren, Cati Beth, Ryker, and Oaklee Hendrix; stepdaughter, Angela and Arturo Castollanos and several step-grandchildren; special cousins, Angie "Sissy" and David Wilkie and Andy "Buzzy" and Teresa Jefferson; several special cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends and family on Friday, August 12, 2022, from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM with the funeral following at 6:00 PM from the chapel of Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville with Rev. Jim Pinkard officiating.
