Mr. Peter Henry Mokhiber, age 72, of Adairsville passed away Sunday, May 7, 2023, at his residence.

Peter was born in Niagara Falls, New York on July 28, 1950, to the late Alfred Mokhiber and Jean Henry Mokhiber. He was also preceded in death by his father-in-law, Benjamin Rogers. Peter was a member of Revolution Church in Canton. He enjoyed all things sports, an avid golfer, Braves fan, and college football enthusiast. Every year Peter looked forward to volunteering at the Chick-fil-a Peach Bowl. He will be remembered as a wonderful husband, father, and friend.

Survivors include his loving wife of 38 years, Connie Perkins Mokhiber; son, Kevin Becker; daughter, Sarah Reardon (Brandon); grandchildren, Kayla Becker, Jordan Becker, and Eloise Reardon; sisters, Pamela McKelvey (Phil), Paula Flynn (Jim), and Nina Jean Kenney; mother-in-law, Virginia Rogers; sisters-in-law, Becky Ware and Sharon Skipton (Rick); several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Peter's life will be held Friday June 16, 2023, at 2:00PM from the chapel of Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville. The family will receive friends Friday from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM.
