Obituary

Mr. Quinton Million Ayers, age 22, of 1092 Sweet Water Circle, Athens, formerly of Adairsville, died Monday, September 3, 2012, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Mr. Ayers was born in Rome, GA, September 23, 1989, son of James David Ayers and Sheridan Harrs Ayers. He was a 2008 graduate of Adairsville High School and member of the Adairsville Tigers Football team. Afterwards went on to study sports marketing at the University of Georgia where he was currently a senior. Quinton was an amazing friend who was always wearing a smile on his face, cutting up, and was truly "one in a million".

Survivors include his mother, Sheridan Ayers of Athens; father, James David Ayers of Rome; a brother, Dustin Ayers of San Diego, CA; a half-sister, Kaleigh Ayers of Rome; grandparents, James and Betty Ayers of Summerville, Celeste Harrs of Eufaula, AL, and Robert and Pat Harrs of Crossville, TN; other relatives, and many friends whom he considered family.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 7, 2012, at 2:00 PM from NorthPointe Church, Adairsville, with Rev. Steve Morrow and Robert Steed officiating. Interment will follow in the Eastview cemetery, Adairsville.

Pallbearers will be Tadd Hyde, Cayman King, Travis Miller, Gary Conway, Dustin Smith, Matt Herod, Matt Henshaw, Seth King, and Westley Silvers.

The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:30PM until 9:00PM at NorthPointe Church, 30 Orchard Road, Adairsville, Georgia, 30103
