Mrs. Rebecca Carol Harper, age 43, of Spring Valley Drive, Calhoun, GA passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2014.

She was born in Cartersville, GA, November 16, 1970, daughter of Clyde Marvin Adcock and Linda Faye Jennings. She was a member of Flat Woods Missionary Baptist Church. Mrs. Harper enjoyed reading, traveling, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband, Gary Harper of Calhoun; 2 sons and daughter-in-law, Bruce and Diane Harper of Summerville and Aaron Harper of Adairsville; 4 grandchildren, Ian Harper, Laikyn Harper, Will Edenfield, and Jamie Edenfield; parents, Clyde Adcock of Cartersville and Linda Faye Jennings of Adairsville; 2 brothers, Dean Adcock of Adairsville and Mark Adcock of Adairsville; grandmother, Anna Sexton; special friend, Angie Jennings and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 6, 2014, at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville, with Rev. Josh James and Rev. Alan Jarmon officiating. Interment will follow in the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery, Cartersville. Pallbearers include Gary Harper, Bruce Harper, Aaron Harper, Clyde Adcock, Dean Adcock, Mark Adcock, Scott Adcock, and Will Edenfield. Honorary pallbearers include her nephews, Mark Adcock, Tyler Adcock, Dustin Adcock, Robby Flowers, and Dusty Childers.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Barton Funeral Home, 115 South Main Street, Adairsville, Georgia.
