Ms. Roseann Scillia Ferranti, age 70, of Adairsville, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2023, at Atrium Health Floyd.

Ms. Ferranti was born in Passaic, New Jersey, May 30, 1952, daughter of the late Alexander Scillia and Grace Vocaturo. Roseann was of the Christian faith. She was a member and secretary of WoodmanLife Chapter 1975 Adairsville. Roseann was always so kind to everyone and willing to help, especially with children. She loved playing bingo with her grandchildren and friends. She was a big animal lover. She was also very creative and enjoyed crafting, crocheting, cooking and baking. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Mario Scillia.

Survivors include son, Louis and Sultana Ferranti; daughter, Danielle and John McCollum; grandchildren, Lennon Ferranti, Kayla McCollum, and Joseph "Joe Joe" Green; sister, Michele and Paul Cuprowski; aunt, Pauline "Dolly" Scillia; nephews, Paul and Andreia Cuprowski and Alex Cuprowski; great-nephew, Leo Cuprowski and best friend, Kathy Breslin.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 9, 2023, at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville with Pastor Ken Coomer officiating. Interment will follow in the Eastview Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Paul Cuprowski, Alex Cuprowski, Joseph Green, Trey Jennings, Ty McClure, and Richie Killen. Honorary pallbearers John McCollum, Austin McCollum, and Cody McCollum.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5:30 PM until 8:00 PM at Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville.
