M s . Sandra Ann "Sandy" Adcock , age 58 of Bryson City, North Carolina , passed away Tues day, August 7 , 2018.

Sh e was born in Cartersville, Georgia , December 10, 1959, daughter of Ernest Bradford Adcock and the late Betty Ann Ingram Adcock. She was of the B aptist faith. A lover of the great outdoors, she enjoyed working the last 36 years for the Nantahala Outdoor Center. Sandy enjoyed life and helping animals, especially her kitty, Boo. Sh e was preceded in death by h er mother.

Survivors include her father and his wife, E.B. and Nancy Adcock; brother, Randy and Sherri Adcock; step brothers , Do n and Dan Wilson; nephews, B.J. Hankins, Daniel Hankins, Brady Wilson , Benton Wilson , and Andrew Wilson; aunts and uncles, Jean Curran, Billy and Rosal i n d Adcock, Sara Jo Jefferson, Bobbie Jean Ingram, Bill Ingram, and Ernest Ingram; cousins, Catherine Wolf, Sean Curran, Stephen Curran, Kim Smith, Pat Craig, and Wanda Coleman .

Graveside services will be held S atur day, August 11 , 2018, at 11 :00 A M at Oak Hill Cemetery , Cartersville with Rev. J im Pinkard officiating. A memorial service will be held at Nantahala Outdoor Center.
