Scot Theron George, age 58, of Cartersville, died Tuesday, September 17, 2024, from injuries substantiated in a motorcycle accident.

Scot was born in Albany, Georgia, August 10, 1966, to Johnny George and the late Ophelia Freya Kearce. Scot was a free spirit who enjoyed riding motorcycles and living life to the fullest.

Survivors include his Children, Laura Shiver, her husband Jimmy Shiver and Michael George and his wife, Lauren George; grandchildren, Madilynn Shiver and Ellie Shiver; father, Johnny George, his wife Donna; brother, Mac George and his wife Kelli and Tracy George; nephew, Tyler George and TJ George; and niece, Brittany George Allen; and several dear friends who he loved like family.

A Burial will be held Friday, September 20, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Fain Cemetery, Calhoun. A celebration of Scot's life will be held at a later time in Albany, GA.
