Ms. Tawnee Saraya Ayers, age 23, of Plantation Road, Adairsville, passed away Friday, August 16, 2013, at Cartersville Medical Center.

Ms. Ayers was born in Riverdale, GA, February 23, 1990, daughter of Christopher and Shannon Rock Ayers. She was a 2008 graduate of Adairsville High School and a member of Snow Springs Baptist Church. Tawnee loved being outside, especially going camping, fishing, and rock-climbing. She most enjoyed spending time with family and friends, who will remember her as a free spirit, embodying one of her favorite quotes "Hakuna Matata". She was preceded in death by her, grandpa, Jim Rock and great grandparents, Grace Labore, Milfrod and Lucille Rollins, Lloyd and Lois Ayers, Clifford Lardinois.

Survivors include her parents, Christopher and Shannon Ayers of Adairsville, 2 sisters, Sierra Ayers of Adairsville and Nisa Ayers of Adairsville; a brother, Christopher Ayers, JR of Adairsville; grandparents, James and Cynthia Ayers of Fredericksburg, VA and Sherry Rock of Lebanon, TN; aunts and uncles, Sandy Rock of MN, Jim Rock of Hampton, GA, Geoffrey Ayers of Fredericksburg, VA, Matthew Ayers of Fredericksburg, VA, Janel Ayers of Virginia Beach, VA; several cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held Monday, August 19, 2013, at 5:00 PM from NorthPointe Church, Adairsville, with Rev. Daniel Atkins and Rev. Jim Pinkard officiating. She will be laid to rest at Snow Springs Baptist Church cemetery, Adairsville. Aaron Barkely, Christopher Ayers, JR, Alex Foster, Jesse Rodgers, Randy Burdette, Cameron Bowles, Eric Evans, and Skylar Stiles will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends Monday, August 19, from 1:00PM until 5:00PM at NorthPointe Church, 30 Orchard Road, Adairsville, Georgia, 30103.
