Mrs. Tracy Lee Sherwood, age 52, of Cade Drive, Adairsville, passed away peacefully Saturday, May 26, 2018, at her residence.

She was born in Daytona Beach, FL, March 15, 1966, daughter of Mary Lou Young Friedman and the late Elmer Angley. As a true Floridian she loved the salty air and sand. When traveling south visiting her home town on vacation she would say, "I can hear the beach calling my name". She has always stated make sure her final resting place would be alongside her "Nana" in Belview Cemetery. She was a member of New Life Ministries Church. In her free time, she enjoyed flower gardening and was a great cook. Tracy lived life loving her family; she was the best wife, mother, and "MiMi" to Aubreyana. Mrs. Sherwood was preceded in death by her father; special grandmother, Virginia "Nana" Young, uncle, Wesley C. Young Junior, and nephew Brian Finkenbiner.

Survivors include her loving husband, Harry C. Sherwood; children, Richie Sherwood, Lauren Sherwood and boyfriend, Jesse, and Zach Sherwood and fiancée, Elizabeth; mother, Mary Lou Friedman; granddaughter, Aubreyana Tempelton; brother, Robert Angley; sisters, Sherry and John Flannigan and Sandy and Todd Mitchell; special aunt, Margaree Young and several nieces and nephews also survive.

A celebration of Tracy's Life will be held Sunday, June 3, 2018 at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Barton Funeral Home with Reverends Jim Pinkard, Steve Morrow, and Audrey Wilson officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00PM until 3:00PM Sunday at Barton Funeral Home.
