Mrs. Wanda Ann (Wyatt) Edwards, loving wife, mother, nana, and sister was called to her heavenly home surrounded by her family Sunday morning, July 9, 2023.

She was born on August 13, 1953, in Albany, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her parents, James A. "Buck" Wyatt and Inez Gibson Wyatt, a brother, Jimmy "Chip" Wyatt and sisters, Myrtle Wyatt Poole, Lila E. Hutchins, and Nettie Inez Bowling.

She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, David Edwards; sons, Derek Edwards and Michael Edwards, and wife Kari; grandchildren, Beau Avery (Stormy), Montana Santillan (Alejandro), Ava-Grace Edwards, and Harli Edwards; great-granddaughter, Birklee Avery; sister, Pat Wyatt Moss and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Ann was a faithful Christian and member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church. Musically gifted, she used her powerful voice to witness in countless services, and revivals, in addition to rejoicing with her grandchildren. She worked in quality control for Shaw Industries for over 38 years before retiring. After retiring she filled her days with her grandchildren going on shopping trips, lots of laughter, and making memories they will cherish forever.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at 2:00 PM from Cedar Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Gregg Free and Barry Adcock officiating. The interment will follow in Hayes Cemetery, Adairsville. Pallbearers include Richard "Ricky" Hutchins, Richard "Dick" Murphy, Brian Adcock, Tony Ramos, David Green, Jr., and Mark Colding. Honorary pallbearers will be Beau Avery, Todd Edwards, Larry Pratt, Marvin Tanner, and Anthony Evans.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Cedar Creek Baptist Church, 54 Folsom Rd NW, Adairsville, GA 30103.
