Mr. William Hubert Hatcher, Jr, age 80, of Kennesaw, passed away Sunday, September 13, 2020 at Heritage Hospice, Marietta.

He was born in Austell, GA, May 23, 1940, son of the late William H. and Pauline Pitts Hatcher, Sr. Mr. Hatcher was of the Baptist faith, a veteran having served with the United States Army, and had a lifelong passion listening to and performing music.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Lee Dean Hatcher of Kennesaw, a daughter, and son-in-law, Karen (Jackie) Mooney; a son, William H. Hatcher, III, a stepson, Bryan Odom, 4 granddaughters, and 3 great-granddaughters.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, September 17, 2020, at 2:00 PM at the Georgia National Cemetery, Canton, GA, with Rev. Jackie Mooney officiating.
