Mr. William S Meuesen, better known as Bill, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, July 21, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones. Bill was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, September 2, 1964, son of Johanna "Anki" van Achterbergh Meuesen and the late Dirk Alexis Marius Meuesen.

First and foremost, Bill was the world's greatest father and P-Pop.  He worked as a plumber most of his life and retired from Stasco Mechanical with over 25 years of service. He enjoyed the outdoors, golfing, kayaking, disc golf, and fishing. At other times you would find him at his grandchildren's sporting and school events, he was their #1 fan. Bill will always be remembered as a loving, giving, selfless, laidback person with a quick-witted sense of humor. His memory will forever live in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Survivors include his beloved children, Lindsey Michelle Meuesen, Carrie Marie Gloyd and husband Brett, William Derrick Meuesen, and Dylan Alexander Meuesen; mother, Anki Meuesen; grandchildren, Brinkli and Gunnar Gloyd and Sadie and Oliver Meuesen; fiancé, Alice Helena-Da-Mota; brother, Ted Meuesen and wife Jamie; sisters, Stephanie Brooks and husband, Brian and Michelle Edgar and husband Newt; the mother of his children, Lisa King and several nieces and nephews.

Honoring Bill's wishes he will be cremated. There will be a private family gathering held to honor his life at a later date
