Mr. Winston Colquitt Parker , age 86 , of Adairsville went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 11,2022.

Mr. Parker was born in Jasper , Georgia, July 17, 1935 , son of the late Laura Hudson and John Colquitt Parker. An ordained minister, Winston was a faithful Christian and loved to share the word of God. He was an active member of Canaanland Christian Center . Mr. Parker retired from Mohawk Carpets. He loved spending time with his family, tinkering and fixing anything he got his hands on, and avid wrestling fan. He was preceded in death by his parents; sons, Dewayne and Joe Parker; brothers, Johnny Parker, William Ledford and Arthur Ledford; sisters, Louise Underwood, Sandra Pritchett, Patricia Parker, Victoria Parker, and Catherine Woodall.

He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years , Betty Parker; children, Patricia (Mike Stanley, Randy (Sara) Parker, Regina (Michael) Fowler, Sam ( Lillie ) Parker, and Gloria (Timmy)Sanders; daughter-in-law, Ali sha Parker; 24 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; sisters, Linda Fletcher and Carole Jackson; brother, Charles Parker and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held Satur day, January 1 5 , 2022, at 12 :00 PM at Towe Chapel C emetery , Adairsville with Reverend Lamar Long officiating. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
